Getting Started With Driveway
What's changing?
As a Driveway Finance (DFC) customer, you can now make online payments, set up autopay, and manage your loan using your My Driveway account on Driveway.com.
*Important: If you're currently using the myDFC app or mydfc.com website to make payments on your loan(s), you will need to create a Driveway account at driveway.com and link your loan to that account prior to 4/23/2025 to continue to use the app to make your monthly payments.
What's My Driveway?
My Driveway is a personalized and easy-to-use digital dashboard for Driveway.com and Driveway Finance (DFC) customers to view and manage every part of their vehicle ownership journey. Whether you're managing payments, maintaining your vehicle, or ready to browse, buy, finance, or sell your next vehicle, My Driveway is your one-stop solution.
Getting started
New to Driveway?
Setting up an account is super easy. If you're on your mobile device, navigate to Driveway.com, click the avatar in the top right corner of your screen, then click Create an Account. If you’re on a desktop computer, navigate to Driveway.com, then click Sign Up in the top right corner.
Do you already have an account with Driveway?
Simply log in, open the menu under your name in the top right corner of your screen, and click Go to myDFC under the Manage Your Loan section.
Connecting your accounts
Once you’re logged into your Driveway account, you'll be asked to connect your accounts. You'll need to provide your full name as it appears on your loan, your date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (or Tax Identification Number).
