We are excited to inform you of some important changes we are making to our customer payment processing and self-service options. On April 18th 2023, Driveway Finance Corporation will be launching myDFC.com where you’ll be able to make your payments online or via our mobile friendly site. If you take advantage of our mobile apps today, we will be providing an upgraded experience as part of a brand new app. You will simply need to register for a free account when the new website is launched.

More information will be made available as we get closer to launch, but you may continue to use our existing payment portal and app until April 18th, 2023.

What happens on April 18th?

You will need to sign up at www.myDFC.com or via the myDFC app for your account. (The existing apps will no longer be available) Once registered:

• You’ll be able to continue making one time payments through your checking or savings account

• You’ll be able to set up recurring, scheduled payments through your checking or savings account

 
And don’t worry, if you’re currently set up on recurring / scheduled auto pay through your checking or savings account, that won’t change. However to continue viewing the status of your payments online, you’ll need to register to take advantage of your account. For customers that make one time payments, you will need to reenter your bank account information as of April 18th once registered.

As a reminder, Driveway Finance Corporation continues to offer multiple payment options for our customers. Our automated payment features accept ACH payments through a checking or savings account. You can set up a payment for today, a future date or as a regular recurring payment.
